Past, Present and Future
Originating in 1964 as Pat Ryan and Associates, Resource Automotive and its groups grew out of a 40-year legacy that includes virtually introducing the F&I profit center to the industry.

Resource Dealer Group, First Extended, Resource Life and other companies were created and acquired by Aon to form the foundation of this tradition of excellence in the automotive warranty business. By bringing together the industry's most respected companies under one umbrella, we have created a unique combination of resources to address client's specific profit and asset accumulation objectives.

Resource Dealer Group, Inc. provides branded and private label insurance and non-insurance products as well as specialized programs through or to automotive dealerships and dealership consolidators, vehicle distributors, manufacturers and maintenance and repair centers.
